The Many Uses of Dr. Bronner’s Magic Soaps

This all-in-one soap claims to have 18 different uses, and that’s just scratching the surface of the product’s usefulness.

Body wash and face wash: Of course, the primary use of this product is for cleaning. You can use the product as is to wash your body.

Using Dr. Bronner’s Soap for Personal Hygiene

Shampoo: You can use a small amount and apply directly to wet hair or mix a tablespoon of Castille soap with a cup of water.

Hand soap: Reuse soap dispensers that have run out of liquid hand soap by mixing 12 ounces of water with 2 tablespoons of Dr. Bronner’s soap. Just tip the bottle slightly to mix the liquids and voila!

Cleaning spray: Dr. Bronner’s is an all-around household cleaner. Just mix 1 to 2 cups of soap into a quart of water in a spritzer and use this as a cleaning spray.

Using Dr. Bronner’s Soap at Home

Soap scrub cleaner: For tougher stains, you can make a soap scrub cleaner by mixing 1 cup of the soap and 3 cups of water in a spray bottle. Sprinkle some baking soda unto the area you want to clean, spray the solution, and start scrubbing away.

Wound cleaning solution: Make a cleaning solution by combining 2 teaspoons of Castille soap with 2 cups of filtered drinking water. This can be used for cleaning wounds if you do not have a saline solution available.
